Institute of Texan Culture. JASSA
Needs volunteers!
This year’s festival will run from June 12 (Friday) to June 14 (Sunday). Folklife is one of the most fun and most important events for JASSA. A lot of volunteers have helped every year, and it made us so successful. Again, we need your help this year to make our participation another success. The followings are the time schedule for the volunteers. We truly appreciate it if you sign up for any of the following shift hours.
If you help us minimum one shift, we will provide you with wrist band which allows you to be admitted into the festival free. If you are available to help us (more than one shift is welcome), please let me know either by email (srvtex@sbcglobal.net) or calling at 210-259-3270 (Norio Seki's cell). Also, your friends and family are welcome to volunteer. For booth setup on June 7 and tear down on June 14, we need more pickup trucks. (We secured one, but we need 2 more to get it done faster.) Your volunteer with pickup trucks will help us a lot. Your help and support would be greatly appreciated.
